My family really liked this. It works well nutritionally with a spinach salad, too.
Keeper...used salt free tomatoes instead of ketchup...added fennel seeds and used smoked paprika.
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this. I cooked it in my crock pot overnight and it turned out wonderfully! Didn't brown the meat first to save calories. Just tossed it all in the crock pot and layered the onions on top. I cooked it on low for 12 hours. It was delicious!
