Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was great! I deleted the can of Cream of Chicken soup and added a can of Dark red kidney beans with the juice. This lowered the fat even more and added protein and fiber. Then we topped it with Salsa and shredded lettuce. Delicious!
So good, easy. I cant believe how lo in fat/ calories it is!
I used to love this as a kid, and now its lo-fat! Wonderful!
