I haven't tried these yet but this looks like a great choice for those of us with Lap-Band's! Good protein to carb's and calories ratio.
These are awesome! I didn't have a muffin pan do to moving and just put it in a 9 x 11 dish and cut into squares. Very good for low carbing too!
