This might be a better recipe if the garlic was 2 teaspoons. 2 tablespoons is A LOT of garlic!! It is VERY garlicy. I actually added more Parmesan, more lemon juice, and a 1/4 cup of lowfat vanilla yogurt, in order to make it palatable.
