Excellent! I'm eating one right now. Used a low-carb tortilla (high in fiber!), and added grilled chicken plus a little extra cheese. This is definitely on my quick, easy, and delicious list of dinner favorites.
I bet with low-fat tortillas and marinara sauce instead of pizza sauce, the fat content could be reduced even further! I really love making these!
I love these. I use the carb control tortillas because they are so high in fiber!
