Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I doubled the recipe and substituted 1/2 cup of the sugar with brown sugar and added 1teaspoon of allspice and one teaspoon of cinnamon. I used 8 bananas. They are moist and delicious.
I mixed 3Tbl of melted butter with 1/4 cup of brown sugar. About 3 min before taking out of the oven spoon mixture in center of each muffin.
Used honey in leiu of sugar- increased the calories per serving by about 20, but I am going to play around with this recipe in the future. Super delicious- vastly better served warm!
I made this recipe as muffins with pecans, allspice and a little less (brown) sugar. Great!
Blended some culinary lavender in with the sugar and added a bit of grated lemon peel. This is a great recipe. My old standby always seemed so dry. Now I have a new favorite!
Can this recipe be resubmitted without the funny characters? I am not sure of the quantities for salt and flour. I think it is an html problem. Thank you.
