I have tried making fried rice so many times in the past, but this is the only recipe that has actually come close to the fried rice at my favorite Thai restaurant. It was DELICIOUS!

This dressing is my absolute favorite. You can make it with low sodium soy sauce to reduce the sodium if you prefer. It makes 9 tablespoons of dressing. I usually double the receipe. It keeps well for weeks, however, mine doesn't last that long. A little goes a long way on your salad.
Just like in the chinese restaurant and really easy to make. It's best if you prep everything before cooking.
This can be made with any white fish, but we've found Tilapia to be the best. Not too flakey and great flavor.
