This started out as Borscht, but I didn't have cabbage, so I tried it with Collards. It's pretty good this way, especially for DH who really doesn't like cabbage.
I just add lots of veggies, anything goes, and mix with the herbs and sauce! Also can be served with Quinoa or rice/pasta.
surprisingly good combination full of health! I added the pumpkin when I didn't have cream soup and it was really good.
Bisquick recipe with a few adjustments. If I had a lite oil and fat free cheese it would be even healthier.
I adjusted the Betty Crocker recipe slightly by omitting the fresh onion and salt and using Lipton Onion Soup Mix. I also used skim milk and the reduced fat Bisquick. I could make this better by using reduced fat cheese but I don't haev that in my pantry at the moment.
I recently began my low carb diet and eggs are one of my favorites for breakfast. Unfortunately I mainly eat on the run. These are super easy to make and put in the freezer for those mornings on the go.
