Quick and easy! Sometimes I sub a veggie sausage pattie for the bacon. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner with cantaloupe.
All vegetarian and low sodium if you use low-so tomato sauce & bullion. Toss it all in the slow cooker and dinner is ready when you get home! Use as "meat" for tacos, burritos, taco salads or even on top of brown rice (none of which are included in the nutrition info).
Serving size is approximately 3 oz or 85g
Cool and refreshing, served over ice in a pretty glass. Works best if you boil water and brew the tea in the evening and chill overnight.
I use the bread I make in my bread maker but any average slice of whole wheat honey will do. This is great for 1 person and is really good for you.

This was an adaptation to a Cooking Light Recipe from a few years ago. These are great because they are light but yet filling. The ingredients can be substituted for any type of dietary needs (whole wheat can be replaced by flour, splenda for sugar, etc.)

She is strict vegan and uses all non-dairy. I only had dairy based protein powders and chocolate chips. Also, I doubled her recipe since I was using a muffin pan.
If you have a donut pan, then these make donuts. I do not so I used a 12 muffin pan.
Made an alternative to the already healthy pancakes for those who need to watch their caloric intake extremely well (i.e., ME).
