These muffins are a perfect treat for anyone on a diet!
Great as an appetizer or snack. I limited the recipe to my idea of one serving, but of course I always make extra for my guests!
This is a great way to eat your fruits and vegetables at lunch. I would suggest eating with whole wheat bread. It's a hearty lunch and really fills you up without feeling guilty.
Very yummy, but the waffles will not get as crunchy due to the Apple Sauce in the batter. Overall though sure to be a breakfast pleaser for my husband and the kids.
My favorite way to eat Bob's Red Mill Extra Thick Rolled Oats!
This is elegant enough for a Sunday brunch, and provides a different way to enjoy your breakfast oatmeal. It can be enjoyed as is, or topped with maple syrup. Leftovers are good cold or can be reheated in an oven or microwave. From Lean and Luscious and Meatless.
update: needs a 1/4 tsp salt and more sugar/sweetner in my opinion, but I'm not changing the recipe. My S.O. thought it was perfect with maple syrup on it.
Nothing like homemade crutons to add to a salad or casserole. I used it in a Zucchini Casserole.
I thought of this the other day and absolutely love it. You can change up what kind of sauce you put on it, for Mexican, use salsa, for Italian, use tomato sauce, etc. I used the pan with two ovals to cook the eggs. Oh yeah, and I LOVE these tortillas, they are so satisfying and tasty!
