I threw this salad together for a barbecue and it was a hit! The measurements aren't exact since I didn't measure when I made it. I just guessed on the ratios. Use any type of mustard you like. I just used yellow because it was what I had. It might also take good if you add corn or orange peppers to it.

I serve as a main dish with brown rice, since it is a little saucy for a side. It is a sweet version so the kids love it. For a heartier version I sometimes mix in cooked italian sausage or cooked ground pork or cooked chopped poultry. It is pretty high in sodium - have thought about trying tomato paste rather than ketchup but haven't done it yet.
Place soften cream cheese in large bowl
add:
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp garlic pwd
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup grated broccoli
1/2 cup grated cauliflower
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup grated radish
mix all ingridents together with your hands, when well mixed form into ball and set aside.
Combine
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh spinach
Roll vegetable ball in spinach and sunflower seeds.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill 2 hours.
Cut up some celery sticks, sliced red and green peppers and cucumber slices to dip into ball. Eat and enjoy

Easy to make and very filling. The black bean sauce is available at Asian food stores, as it is salty you may want to use less and do not add salt.
Great appetizer just limit yourself to 4 !!! I have a standing request for them at any get together, holiday or not. I should say I am expected to make them. Enjoy

1 cup fat free yogurt
4 tbsp bacon bits
3/4 cup onion
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 cup dill pickles
This is lightened with light mayonnaise and less of it than traditional coleslaw.
