My version from the Spark menu suggestion turned into a hearty main course soup. I added chicken, changed the spices, and utilized some convenient items from the grocery store olive bar. The soup is medium-hot using good quality hot red chile powder.
This recipe is high in Proteins. Delicious and soft soya chunks tastes just right for the health conscious, trying to reduce carbohydrate intake.
First Soya chunks are boiled and then squeezed to drain water.Then fry onions and tomato in a frying pan. and Add spices and salt to taste with appropriate amount of turmeric powder. Put red chilli to add flavorful and delight. Mix this fried martial with the soybean chunks kept ready earlier and then add water. Let it smear for 20 minutes.
Garnish it with Fresh coriander leaves and lemon slices.
