this meatloaf is sooo good! i have been making this for years, i adapted the recipe from an old betty crocker cookbook to suit my tastes and lower the fat content.
you put this in the crockpot in the morning and cook it all day on low and it will be ready to serve when you get home! just boil your noodles and throw together a salad and dinner's ready!

directions:
mix 1 cup mayo and horseradish in serving bowl. Mix 1/2 cup mayo, honey-mustard dressing and thyme in separate serving bowl. Slice meat. Serve with the sauces.
This is a delicious topper for spaghetti that they used to serve at the Old Spaghetti Factory. If you haven't yet tried liver, this is definitely the meal for you. Chicken livers are an extremely lean protein chock full of Vitamins A and B-12 as well as Iron, and they have a surprisingly rich (but not overpowering) flavor. I loved them even as a child!
