Bow Tie Pasta
One box of the bow tie pasta (Cook Pasta and Drain)
ADD
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 to 1 cup of mayonaise ( just taste to see how much you want to add)
About 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sugar (to taste also)
about 1/4 cup of green onion diced
3 small cans mandarin oranges ( or you can add grapes and take away some of the oranges)
Very simple and basic. A good base for whatever you like.
Makes 9 servings of 1/2 Cup each
This is a very nice appetizer, but may also be used as a light lunch.
As an appetizer, it serves nicely with broiled Halibut or steak.
As a light lunch, serve with 5 or 6 crackers.

This salad makes for a terrific light lunch or summer entree course or a fabulous side to any summer meal. You can add Mozzeralla cheese to for protein
1 (16 ounce) package dry lentils (2cups)
2 (14.5 ounce) can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with liquid
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
1 carrot, chopped
1 pounds kielbasa (Polish) sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 stalk celery, chopped
This has regular mayo - can use light or fat free and almonds instead of pecans to make a lighter version
This is just...yum. Great with a green salad, in a sandwich or fancified for brunch and serve on a fresh popover.

This is nutritious, healthy and delicious! You can substitute ingredients to your heart's content. I use red onions and white wine vinegar instead of lime juice. I also use sliced black olives (packed in water!)
Mix chicken lightly with Pesto. Sprinkle walnuts and mix well. Place mixture in tortilla wrap. Enjoy.
