This recipe makes 1 1/2 cups (24 or more tablespoons) dip which is great with veggies or as a topper for potatoes. EXCELLENT on salad.
The powdered milk makes these more like milk chocolate chips. Use less or perhaps you could omit it if you wanted semisweet.
Much like regular meat-chilis, just made with beans instead. Lots of different beans can be used here instead of the combination that I have listed.
