A sweet salsa type mixture to top off a bed of fresh baby spinach. Yum!
Best tasting low fat, low calorie, low sodium green goddess dressing! you'll love it!
This is a great cool salad for the hot summer. Use a variety of fruits. The coconut and rum extracts add a guilty flavor without the calories!
My favorite summer salad. It tastes fresh and sweet. It is even worth keeping the leftovers for lunch the next day--since the dressing is not verry heavy.
A fresh and tasty salad with raisins, almonds, and a tangy Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette, this dish goes nicely with any summertime lunch or dinner.
The family loves this recipe. Most of us eat it without any additional dressing, but some add olive oil and basalmic vinegar.
An old recipe that my family begs for! Tastes like potato salad, and if not told, no one knows the difference. Yummy.
It makes a salad dressing with no added oil at all. Delicious enough to eat just as it is, with a spoon and without any veggies. I feel free to use more of it than I would if I were using purchased salad dressing.
Sometimes I add a cup of lentil sprouts to what is in the blender. The lentil sprouts go down easier after blending with the orange and almond than if I just added them to the veggies in the salad.
I don't feel the least bit inclined to use any salt at all.
It is sweet, but goes well even on salad with onions.
It is so yummy I don't mind having to wash the blender afterward.
When possible, I use my own homemade beans (garbanzo, kidney, great northern). If I don't have time, I sub one can for 2 cups of homemade.
All canned beans no salt or low sodium where possible.
To stretch further, can add an extra 2 cups of green beans.
A light and zippy salad. Super easy to make and definitely something different to serve to guests.
This is an adaptation of a recipe I found her on Spark Recipes. This makes quite a bit. I had it over 2 cups of mized greens with some boiled shrimp. Very delicious!
lovely on either fruit or veggie salad. Works as a marinade for chicken as well.
I made this to get rid of some left over fresh vegetables and wanted a tuna salad spread. It turned out to be really good and I thought I would share it with the community. Enjoy!
