A yummy variation on a warm, mayonnaise-free potato salad. Filling, tasty, and a little spicy with the whole mustard seeds.
Heat oven to 375. Mix sugars, butter and egg. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt (dough will be stiff). Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop dough by table spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 12-15 minutes or until edges are set. Cool completely; remove from cookie sheet.
