my mom and i invented this one day when we were snowed in, and this was what was in the fridge. its a great snack when your in a hurry because it can be carried with you (provided it stays wrapped up). you can substitute the chicken for any other meat product or substitute. the same go's for the curry paste, it can be replaced with any spice or seasoning you want. happy cooking!
