No intro just a PLAIN ole Salad. Did a search for one and all i got was pages of wierd ole salads, but not one plain ole salad. So i made Just a plain ole salad recipe to find!
I've tried to make a dessert that isn't a problem if portion control is a problem. I.e., me.
Drain crushed pineapple reserving 1/4 cup juice.
Soften gelatin in juice.
Place all ingredients except cinnamon in blender and blend well. Pour into a sprayed 9 in. pie plate and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes and cool until set.
This smoothie takes the idea of pumpkin pie and keeps it sugar free and nutritious. A great Thanksgiving breakfast idea.

Layered onto the Raspberries, & pour over the Angel Delight mixture.
Divided between the four dishes.
Place in the fridge to chill for 2 hours.
Then later on enjoy 1 dish.
Saving the others for another day.
I like to have this with a nice mug of tea.

I make my cake mix into mini cup cakes and get 36 out of one recipe. I keep cool whip free, sugar free Pilsbury icing and marshmellow creme. I only use a teaspoon of topping on one. I only eat 2 at a time. My family loves this as a snack with milk or ice cream or frozen yoguart.
