I LOVE THIS SALAD. I ALWAYS MAKE PLENTY B/C I CAN EAT IT AS A SIDE DISH OR AS A MAIN DISH OVER A BED OF LETTUCE. IT'S FRESH AND COOL. AND VERY FILLING. MY KIDS HAVE ALWAYS LIKED WHEN I MADE IT TOO.
