Precook and slice sausage. In a pan, add 1 tsp of oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add onions and let them fry for about 5 minutes. Add sausage and let it fry for about 5 min. Add black beans, 1 cup of water and parsley. Let it steam in low heat for approximately 30 minutes or until sauce is thick.
