Nice alternative and easy to make. Most ingredients can be substituted for lower sodium versions or you can add water to dilute to taste.
This has been thrown together by me a few times, and it gets better each time. Add ingredients that you like. My list is very basic and changes with my mood. For vegetarian, use vegetable broth. Any protein, of course, will add calories, fat, sodium, but get adventurous! This is just a canvas for your own creation.....thanks and enjoy!
