This is the scrambled egg recipe I grew up with, updated with the ingredients that I use.

I recently discovered that the "skinny" caramel macchiato isn't actually sugar free because of the caramel drizzle (which is what makes it a *caramel* macchiato, right! GRRR!)....so i found something that is close enough and made myself this sweet protein shake.
