I'm lactose intolerant so these are made with soy milk and lightly spiced.
*** Please note calculations do not include sugar since I normally make a sweet blueberry sauce to compliment my crepes. Without some sort of topping these may be considered "bland" by some people's opinion.

An awesome low fat/low cal. banana bread that is moist, healthy and so yummy. Add a 1/2 C. Chopped Pecans to make it even more wonderful...calories go up to 144.7 and 4.4g fat per serving.
flavorful bread with many textures. chocolate chips can be added and nuts or raisins can be removed according to taste.
this is a great breakfast bread. it's relatively low in carbohydrates and high in protein for a bread, and would be great with lemon or poppyseed or even raisins!
