Banana, fresh, 3 medium, mashed
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, gratted
Walnuts, 0.5 cup, chopped

Okra or Lady's finger is cooked with tomatos and garlic in sunflower oil ( you can also use Olive oil ) It is not too dry and neither too soggy. Its delicious with naan or chapati or pita bread.
