I'm so exited I found this recipe in my old recipe box. I'd been looking for it recently and could not find it. Probably because it was in with the cookie recipes.Duh! Anyway, this was a staple for years as a quick dessert, potlucks, etc. It is a quick, easy, pretty-much-one-pan recipe

Raisins can be added to this recipe as desired.
I haven't tried it out, but bet you could add blueberries to it as well.
Healthier version of Banana Bread. Substitute applesauce for the oil usually used. I haven't tried this yet with stone ground whole wheat, but it should be as good. Have not substituted sugar yet, but am interested in trying something else in place of the regular sugar. Also, you can use egg white instead of the whole egg. Of course, you could also not use the sale as well to lower the sodium.
Spray a casserole dish then layer Bread/Buns on the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix eggs and add spices you like Garlic powder, ground mustard, salt and pepper.
Cook sausage and sprinkle on top of bread then layer cheese over sausage then pour egg mixture on top of the above mixture.

Chop vegetables and mix sauce ingredients well and then add it to vegetables
Use Bran Flakes cereal to make a super low fat, low calorie, yet tastey muffin. Only 1 WW pt (old points).
Super yummy- I drink this over the morning and afternoon hours- very fresh and makes you feel good to eat it
