Pretty tasty! I think the next time I make it I will add Italian seasoning to the dough. Just for some extra flavor. I did not have a ful cup of wheat gluten flour so I just used 1/2 cup of vital wheat gluten and 1 cup of stone ground whole wheat flour. This change will make the counts different, but not sure how to figure it out.
