Dana Carpender's egg nog recipe for raw eggs (I use pasteurized). She has another recipe that involves cooking them. Basically, the only low carb eggnog recipe on this site that I could find requires separating the eggs and whipping the whites. This one doesn't. What can I say? I'm lazy that way.
