My Weight Watchers instructor gave us this recipe. It is filling, delicious, and healthy. For Weight Watchers it has 1 point for a 1/2 c. serving. I calculated the calories here. I eat a whole cup!!! Delicious and lowfat. I have also doubled or tripled the recipe.

This is one of my favorites dishes since I was a little girl. I remember both my grandmother and mother making this recipe. Smelling the strong smells of the spices and rich flavors brings back memories everytime I make this dish with my family. Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do :-)
I picked this recipe up on a backpacking/horseback riding trip to Patagonia, Chile. Patagonians eat super fresh foods like avocados. carrots, and shellfish that are regionally available. And they're delicious!
This side dish is very fresh tasting, so I like to take it as a side to summer barbecues.
Slimmed down version of the classic burger. You can eat this and not feel guilty for doing it. The liquid smoke gives it a outdoors grilled taste without the hassle of firing up the grill.
Great for feeding a lot of folks can have it for dinner with cornbread or as a side.
Turkey can be dry and flavorless, but these burgers have a ton of taste and healthy spinach and olive oil.
Great for barbecues!!! Can replace garbanzo beans with black beans, if you wish.
lay ham slice flat, spread with Philladelphia cream cheese spread (whipped) and roll up pickle spear (or whole baby dills). Roll the ham around the pickle with the cream cheese in the center. they are yummy!

This salad is great for a picnic or cookout. I use a whole box of whole wheat pasta so i'm not sure if the measurement on here is correct.
I always make these when I grill out. You can also make these with Sweet Potatoes. Sometimes I use half white and half sweet potatoes. Yummo!! You can also bake these in the oven if you are cooking indoors or if you do not have grill space.

This dish is absolutely to-die-for delicious, and great on a hot summer night. It is as packed with nutrients as it is with flavor!
I invented this recipe randomly one night after being inspired by the feta salad I picked up from Whole Foods.
Feel free to sub couscous for the orzo if you prefer.

I love the British breakfast item "beans on toast", but had a hard time finding baked beans without added sugar. So I made up my own version. ;)
These aren't as dark in color as regular baked beans, but they are tasty!
I bake up a batch of basic chicken breast each week so I always have some on hand for quick dinners. Sometimes basic chicken can get boring and I need to come up with a healthy taste bud pleasing twist.
I've had/seen this in several restaurants. It's always drowning in BBQ sauce and topped with bacon and way too much cheese. Here is a very tasty, but healthier version. I have excluded the bacon altogether, but you could use lean bacon or turkey bacon if you wanted.
