Based on the low fat vanilla cupcakes in Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World by Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero. I've made a few changes to decrease the fat and sugar (and make them chocolate).
I found this recipe ages ago. I don't know what makes it medieval, but I've replaced the honey with agave nectar.
I'm not a fudge expert by any means, but I love this fudge. I chill it for about an hour before eating. That's the cook time.
