Makes only 1 serving, but really satisfies a sweet tooth without the guilt (AND W/O COOKING). Can be made into ice cream as well.
Can be baked, or cooked stove top. I used Better Oats Multigrain Hot Cereal, for some flax and grains.
Blend oats until smooth powder; combine all ingredients and using teaspoon sized drop bake on cookie sheet at 325 for 20 minutes
incredible chocolate cake that is light and fluffy! Great for birthday cakes. All you need is a 13x9 pan or 2 muffin pans.
This recipe is made with 3.25% milk because it's what my family gets. But if i were to make this recipe for myself, i'd substitute the milk for 1% or skimmed, change the sugar for splenda and use low fat butter or half butter half applesauce. When i get a chance to try this, i'll let you know the outcome!
