Can substitute 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon, .75 tsp ground ginger and .25 tsp ground cloves for pumpkin pie spice

This is yet another variation of the classic Pumpkin Fluff recipe that makes its way around Weight Watchers and out to the rest of the hungry world.

beat sugar and margarine till mixed, add eggs and vanilla, mix,
add dry ingredients. mix gently don't overmix.
spoon into small greased pan (use low fat spray)
cook for 25 minutes or so until edges pull away.
cut into small bite sized pieces and enjoy.
My husband accidentally brought home angel food instead of devil's food cake mix. I had planned to make another member recipe for pumpkin brownies... so, I played mad scientist! I whipped these up and was pleasantly surprised to have made a moist, cake-like/brownie-like/bread-like pumpkin surprise! They were really good--even my husband, who doesn't like pumpkin pie, let alone pumpkin-y things, loved it! With a little light whipped cream, it tastes just like pumpkin pie! Enjoy!
This is a brownie that can be made in the microwave. The portion size is extremely small, but I find that it's rich enough that that's all I want!
My uncle Dennis told me that this was the best cheesecake he'd ever had. I wrote the recipe for a family reunion last Dec. It's under 330 calories per serving... and it's decadent!

We got mulberries from a few trees on the side of the road along our walking path. Great for making sauces, smoothies and even ice creams. Any kind of berry can be substituted.

No oven required! Chocolate cookies are made on waffle iron, then chocolate frosting is spread on top. Very tasty and unique. Ribbon winners at the fair!
