Serve this with a salad on the side or just add more frozen veggies if you want to reduce the calories/increase the size per serving. This recipe is NOT for anyone watching their sodium as is- but you can make modifications to make it better (plain black beans, and plain frozen veggies would knock the sodium down a lot a ton, if I would have put it in first I would have done that, oops!).
