Cut Boneless/skinless chicken thighs in 1/4 inch strips. In a large Bowl or an empty 5 qt ice cream bucket mix the Crushed garlic, crushed ginger root, black pepper, sesame seed, honey, cooking wine, soy sauce, and monosodium Glutamate. Place the chicken strips in the marinate. Let soak for at least 24 hours. Once it has marinated for at least 24 hour I divide it up and freeze it. Figure 3/4 cup serving per person when dividing it into containers for freezing.
