This is a great sauce for serving over your favorite pasta, on pizzas, eggplant parm, chicken parm, lasagna, baked ziti or manicotti.
You may simmer this for 24 hours.
This is to reduce the water for a smooth non-runny sauce.
My boyfriend made this one night when we were hungry and too lazy to go to the store. It was so good and very filling!
This is a favourite in my house. It may sound weird but it is really good. We eat it for dinner, but it would be good for brunch.
(I use the fake crab ... "sea legs" and like it more! I have also made it with cooked chicken)
