This is a all fruit smothie I like to have it before I work out. You can change the berries for what fruit you want. The bananas and apple help to sweeten it. I use organic apples, blackberries and strawberries. Do not peel the apple. If you have time you can freeze your banana the night before. Maybe to thick to drink. If so just eat with a spoon. Like a dessert for breakfast
