It’s a little boring to eat clean salad leaves without dressing. For a long time I used old formula “oil plus vinegar”, but in one day decided to “open my mind” )) A lot of experiments with proportions and ingredients made a brilliant (hallo, Cabin Pressure Fans!) result. Now I’m eating salad regularly, prepare it very quickly and always know what is for side dish today.
French pancakes -- serve with fruit, peanut butter, powdered sugar, lemon juice, nutella, ice cream -- or enjoy them plain!
I adapted the recipe from the clean eating magazine, substituted the agave for the sucanat (the original calls for 1/3 cup sucanat) These are not overly sweet, but have a great citrus flavor.....
For smaller servings, you can make the Pistou and freeze in portions for recipes. Cheese is not calculated.
Found this recipe somewhere unknown on the internet about ten years ago. I modified the amount of oil by 50% and added lemon juice.

Vegetarian Split Pea & Lentil Soup (w/carrots & onions)
This dish is an attempt to reproduce the ratatouille in the movie "Ratatouille." It is less a stew than traditional ratatouille and more casserole-like than the movie version. One serving is a generous main course.
Goes well with quinoa pilaf with goat cheese and spinach.
Separate out biscuits and a half and leave them out on two different quiche plates. You should have The bottom of two quiche plates covered with the biscuit dough from eight biscuits cut in half. Then whisk the eggs and egg whites in a separate bowl. Add milk pepper and salt and nutmeg keep whisking. Then blend frozen spinach and artichoke together in your blender. Put the vegetable mixture on top of the biscuits in the quiche plates. Then add in your eggs on top of mix with a spoon then cut the slices of cheese into strips and put an even amount on top of both quiches bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Go decadent and try this rich dessert the way the French do it...you'll find that a smaller amount fills you for a longer time, actually allowing you to consume less calories than you will with low-fat versions.
