Chicken sausages? Don't laugh. They taste awesome. Look for them in the refrigerated sausage case of most grocery stores. And while you're in the store, snag sliced onions and peppers at the salad bar.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Whisk the eggs, flour, milk, salt, vanilla and cinnamon in bowl. Set aside.
Put the butter in a 9x12 baking dish. Melt butter in the preheated oven, making sure it doesn't burn. About 5 minutes. Pour the batter into the baking dish with the melted butter.
Return to oven and bake until the pancake is puffed and no longer moist in the center. 20-25 minutes.
Serve warm with either fruits, syrup or whatever your little heat desires.
