This is one of many possible variations. I use whatever fruit is available; apples add a nice crunch. Substitute dried cranberries for raisins is good too.

I simply added everything I had in the veggie drawer of the fridge and gave it enough water so makes a good soup.
Super clean high protein cookies. My son said that these were like eating marshmallows. If anyone knows the german name for this type of cookie please let me know.
