We also recommend the sauce used in this recipe to ensure that it remains gluten-free. The use of weight-watchers cheese, 98% fat free ground beef, and egg beaters lowers the fat and calories considerably.

It could be the quinoa, which has a distinctive nutty taste far superior to white rice and its lamer brethren. Or, maybe it’s the tomatoes, black beans, and scallions, which reminded one friend of "the insides of a really good burrito."
