Replacing white rice with brown rice is a healthier option. Regular short grain brown rice flavor and consistancy changes the taste of a dish it is added to. My husband and I have found that brown basmati rice is soft and does not interrupt the flavor of our foods. We use Kohinoor brand; found in Indian store.

I combined some recipes I found . . . added some of my own. It is delish. And you can't even tell you are eating FF mayo or yogurt!!
I tweaked a few different recipes I found on line. A real winner. Add as much cucumber, onion and garlic and you like. As far as I am concerned. . .you can never have too much of any of um!!
I found the original recipe on Allrecipes.com (courtesy of DIGGETYDOG) but I made some tweaks. Eliminated a few things. . .add more of others. According to my husband, a real keeper. I served it over seasoned mashed cauliflower. It worked great together
