Instant Pot recipe
2 tbspn ghee
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
2 bay leaves
1tsp curry powder
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 tsp ground coriander
1/4 - 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 lb 2 oz./500 g lean ground beef or lamb
2 and 1/4 cup froen peas, i used mushrooms
I added on Cardamon seed after i opened it and removed it after it boiled before adding rice.
This fast, easy curry is tasty, but mild enough that even kids like it! It can be easily adapted to whatever you have in you pantry.
In place of the raspberry jam, you can use any other jam or preserves, or even use 2 tbsp brown sugar instead.
