Sliver the beef roast against the grain, into strips, marinated in olive oil and oragano and garlic (to taste) - marinate between 30 min and 1 hour
Pour everything into large pan and brown meet
Add tomato sauce then wine then tomatoes
Let simmer 1-4 hours
Spicy Shimp and Sausage mixed with Pasta. The sodium is a bit high due to my choice of pasta sauces -- to decrease sodium, choose a low sodium jarred sauce or homemade sauce instead. You can also have more vegetables or salad with it to be even healthier. My whole family LOVES this recipe, even my picky 9-year old!
