This isn't particularly a low cal pizza, but you can add more veggies to up the nutritional make up of the recipe...I just used what I had on hand...also good with peppers...and I've used Morningstar veggie crumbles for a ground beef like pizza.
You can make one thick crust pizza or two thin crust pizzas with the dough from this recipe...and you can vary the toppings every time you make this.

Edited the recipe a bit 10/30/10 - This recipe can be made with any white fish. Initially it was made with 4 tablespoons progresso bread crumbs but I switch those with ground almonds and herms to reduce carbs
