This delicious serving of mouth-watering asparagus works great for a spring time BBQ, or just a family dinner.
These are a great nutritious substitute for packaged cereal bar. Plus they pack a lot more punch. I make a big batch and freeze them, so they can easily be pulled out for quick breakfast. We like to eat them with a yogurt/fruit smoothie.
This is my lower fat version of a recipe from "Mom's Best One-Dish Suppers" by Andrea Chesman. I use Barilla Plus pasta to boost the protein content, and lowfat cheese and skim milk to lower the fat content. A serving is large enough and filling enough for a main dish.
This is actually a recipe that we use on the Daniel Fast. Its really delicious :)
This recipe is adapted from eatingwell.com’s Creamy Hamburger Noodle Casserole recipe. This recipe uses a combination of lean ground beef and bulgur mixture to create a higher fiber, lower fat dish.
We have this with a salad and fruit.

CAULIFLOWER originated over 2,000 years ago in gardens of Asia Minor and the Mediterranean. By the 16th Century, it was eaten throughout Western Europe. It is an excellent source of Vitamin C, a good source of folacin and a source of potassium. It is a member of the cruciferous family, known for nutrients that fight several diseases. Serving the cauliflower raw will give you the highest nutritional benefits, however, if you must cook it, lightly steamed will also keep its cancer-fighting components intact.
This is a very basic "intro" level curry; it's very mild (enough so that even little kids will likely eat it).
This is an awesome dish that i made when i was expeirimenting! Its an awesome blend on american and asian flavors! Enjoy!!!
This recipe is really sweet - I think next time I will put less sugar in them. The bonus is that they do not have any of those unhealthy add-ins like store bought ones and you can really play with the recipe.
