Combine in pot: chicken broth, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped chicken breast, can of Rotel, black pepper and chili pepper to taste. Cook over a slow rolling boil until onions and peppers. Allow to continue to simmer for a short period for the flavors to develop.
