This is an easy recipe I make with leftover steak and veggies that I tend to always have on hand. You can add the soy sauce in any amount to suit your taste, but I find that 2 tbsp is usually good enough to get a good flavor on the dish.
Put in water: chicken and onion chopped fine. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Cook on med-high for approx 20 min. Add 1 tbs of chicken bouillon paste (better than bouillon). Make a paste with corn starch, cook 15 minutes. Add remaining veggies and cook until done.

Classic tuna salad with egg, lots of protein, low carb. You can eat this in lettuce wraps, low carb wraps, or if you need whole grains, eat on whole wheat bread.
This pizza is delicious and contains no flour. I used Cheesy Cauliflower Pizza Crust recipe converted from recipegirl.com's cauliflower crust pizza and made it my own. Don't knock it til you try it! It's delish!
