My absolutely favourite salad! Such a great source of protein as well! I make a big batch of everything on Sunday night (using one batch of dressing but grating extra carrots and beets, etc) and enjoy it for lunch all week.

Yummy low carb, chunky tuna salad. Has a bold flavor. I use seasoned salt in place of salt.
For a fresh change, try substituting the eggs with chopped cranberries, apples, or even grapes. So tasty! I often just leave out the yolk and then add some fruit.
