This is set up for 2 sevings but at only 157 calories per serving you can have it as one serving or add other food to this for a meal. You can double the recipe and have 4 small servings or 2 large servings.
Good salad for Sandwiches. I guessed as to how much of each spice I through in, because I did it by sight. You may want to mess around with it yourself to fit your taste.

Note: about the olives, you can also use 50% black olives and 50% green olives
Can be made without the anchovies too if you don't like them.
You need chopped banana's and sliced apples, and jelly, then wheat bread to make. Put jelly on wheat bread, then add the apples and bananas.
Excellent for lunch, brunch or as an appetizer.
Use reduced cream cheese ( Weight watchers is the lowest ) and it taste yummy. I used less parmesan ,so I may use the regular Hellmans, but you may use the light mayo.
Basic creamy egg salad recipe--adjust seasonings to your taste. Tastes great with toast, works well with wraps, and looks pretty as a topping for lettuce cups and/or tomato slices. Substitute lowfat or nonfat mayonnaise if you prefer. Great source of protein, though if concerned about sodium or cholestrol, probably not an ideal recipe.
