I tried this at my favorite mexican place, I left out the white Salsa Con Queso, but this mix is great on whole wheat tortillas with lettuce, as well served over a over a bed of rice.
A delicious salsa, made from tender cactus, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, Jalepeno Jack cheese and lemon juice. A fresh Pico de Gallo salsa with cactus and cheese. Great for BBQ's, tailgating, parties, poolside.... Spice up your salsa!
This is just the base of a very delicious taco dip, you can add whatever toppings to this base to customize your dip. I usually add shredded lettuce and tomatoes, can also add shredded cheese, onions, black olives and taco sauce.
Everyone in my family, from kids to the husband, loves this easy delicious salsa.

Mix it all together in a glass with ice - 1.5 oz clear tequilla, 1.5 oz orange liquor, splassh (0.5 oz?) of sour mix. Throw in juice of 2 lemon wedges & 2 lime wedges, soda water to top of glass. Salt rim for extra deliciousness! =D
